My Love Story

I will turn 42 this year. I had no idea that I had met my forever love when I was just 18 and he was 16. As he was one of my brother's best friends, I didn't *see* him in that way until we were well into our twenties. Even then, it wasn't until the year 2000 that we got married and truly started making a life together.

It may have taken us quite some time to get here, but we needed to follow our own paths for awhile so we could become what we needed in each other. Our love and trust has given birth to three amazing children who complete our family and fill our hearts with so much love, sheer joy and precious laughter.

We will celebrate our 10 year anniversary this year.
I'm excited for and intend to savor all the decades in front of us.
